Rented a 3 bedroom suite. Each room had its own private bathroom which was awesome. The private entrances were nice too. We Went with both sets of in laws so them not having to share a bathroom was fantastic. Room was nicely updated. Everything worked. Location was great and the size of the balcony was quite a surprise. I’d say is was 60-75 feet with a wrap around. It was off season (mid sept) so I wish the pool was heated But outside of that I have no complaints. Would go back.

My husband and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day. We attended a concert in Atlantic City and the prices for hotels there were outrageous. We decided the 20 min drive was worth saving the money. It seems like the hotel is newly renovated. The room was immaculate. Everything was brand new, clean and comfortable. There was no iron/ironing board and we had to enter our room from the pool deck but I can imagine that would have been ok during the warmer months. The boardwalk is a block away. The check in is not in the same building but it is right across the street and there is a drop box to leave the keys(They use real keys)The parking was easy and the elevator was close to it. I would stay here again.

We initially were planning to stay at the hotel (impala island) across the street which did not appear to meet my expectations upon pulling into the parking lot. I checked in- got my mom and two kids out of the car and headed to our assigned room. To my surprise, the room was so messy and not clean. I asked house keeping who said something along the lines of she was not here in a few days? I went back to the office - was given another room went to open and a staff member came out stating someone else was in this room. Now I am dragging my kids around trying to figure out what to do next, as they did or have anymore rooms. They ended up upgrading us across the street to the suites. This was beautiful and so much better than prior place. The only complaint was the rooms weren’t cleaned daily; we only stayed two nights so it was never actually cleaned. Also looked like they forgot to finish some updates. Overall we were happy to be accommodated! Thanks again!

Beautiful hotel and great location. This is probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at for the Jersey shore. Really nice room. We were lucky to get an end room, so it had a huge wrap around balcony. The pool was small, but my kids still had a blast in it. We didn't have any trouble with the automatic blinds like others had mentioned. There's only one elevator which was far from our room, but at least it was quiet. We selected a partial ocean view room which was on the side furthest way from the roller coster, so we didn't hear it at night. There was some street noise but not too bad. I also found the staff to be very pleasant. The bed was good but a couple of the pillows a little musty. That's the only item that could be replaced.

What can I say. Perfect Perfect Perfect! Location Very Clean and most importantly beautiful This was my families second time coming down to OCNJ we stayed at another location last year and found a bug in the room. We were terrified to go back but found this location and it was perfect. Had 2 small issues with tv remote not working and shower door but they had there maintenance guys over within 30 mins to fix the issue that’s what I call service. We will be back! I highly recommend this location

This was our 10th year coming to Ocean City. We’ve stayed at the Impala, Wind Dunes, Beach Suites and Ebb Tide in the past. This is our new favorite. The pool and sun deck are great. There is full sun all day unlike the pool at the Impala Hotel property. The balconies were lovely additions to the rooms. We found the beds comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The parking is also much better at this location. I think housekeeping could have done a better job. I’m not sure they did more than drop off new towels. They definitely did not vacuum. All in all, we will be back.

Pros Center location Half block from beach Parking so convenient , can leave beach stuff in car and grab daily. Pool gets the job done after hot day at beach Place is new and no carpets in the room is a huge huge plus! Every room has a balcony which is great. Very modern! Housekeeping services they were great! Cleaned the room so great and thorough (I can’t fault them for the fan being dusty because you would need to be pretty tall or carry a step ladder but keep an eye out because you need the fans because the AC units are week) when I turned the fan on it looked like a volcano exploded and ash was falling) Cons- Place seemed rush to open. Room was dinged up, lots of dust on fan, lights didn’t work in bathroom (bulbs were out) Furniture in room had stains Way too many bugs for my liking! I know it’s beach town and flies/ants are things that just come but luckily I read reviews before Going and brought bug spray, so I killed all myself and sprayed the doorway, the sliding doors and the balcony! Remote blinds are a disaster! Cool concept. It disaster! Our friends room didn’t work! Our room in the last night didn’t work and we had to wait till midnight when the amusement parked closed to finally get our kids to bed! Finally at 1 I was able to find a YouTube and reset the remote to get it to work. Maintenance man had left when I called at 10 so they couldn’t help. I would for sure stay here again but will monitor review to see if the place is maintained For a place that is so new

Very torn about this place. Location is great, free parking and a nice quiet pool. Rooms are extremely clean, but it is LOUD at night and in the morning so unless you’re a heavy sleeper you’re in for a rough night. For the price we paid I was extremely disappointed in the location of the room and the restless sleep we all got. You can literally feel the roller coaster next door til 11pm. Since the suites can be converted to single rooms, the walls are paper thin. We were woken by a baby crying in the next room late at night and early morning. Our room was next to the elevator and we could feel it running at night and early morning allllll morning as guests were heading out. Door slams are loud etc etc. Candidly, I wonder how the rooms on different floors are (we were on the 2nd floor). If we had to book a room on this floor again, I would not stay here. 2nd floor rooms are overpriced and you might as well stay elsewhere for the same experience and half the cost.
